The Inductvo record signed in, on the Matrices & checklists tab, with a saved training checklist for a new warehouse operative opened: the mandatory, role-specific and equipment sign-off counts, the hours and trainer cost per starter and for the quarter's five starters, filed against the person and the hazard communication record they owe
Pro kept the checklist against the new starter: the counts it was built from, the hours and cost they produce, and the record it feeds.

Built for the employer who keeps the training records

Not for a learner, a trainer, a course vendor or an athlete

The three things an inspector asks for, worked from the employer's own headcount and courses

The checklist
The checklist is sized to the role, not copied from a template Mandatory courses, role-specific courses and equipment sign-offs give the items a new starter has to close before they work unsupervised, the hours it takes and what the quarter's starters cost in trainer time. Change the role and the checklist changes with it, which is when the number matters.
The matrix
The matrix says where the gaps are and how bad it gets in ninety days Headcount times the courses required per person is the cells on the matrix; the share held in date is compliance today; the share expiring is compliance in ninety days if nothing is booked. It is the sum every safety manager does on a spreadsheet, and it is on one page with the sessions to book printed beside it.
The record
The record is per person, with the sign-off and the expiry on it Who was trained, on what, when, by whom, and when it lapses. Pro keeps that against each person, reads the matrix and the dashboard from it, and reminds the site manager before a certificate expires, which is the difference between a record and a folder.

Should you buy a learning management system instead?

If you need to host course content, deliver video and quizzes, track completions inside the platform and report to a corporate learning team, buy a learning management system and pay for it. Inductvo is for the employer whose problem is narrower: knowing who holds what, what has lapsed and what to book, done the same way every quarter, without a per user fee.

What it is priced on

Inductvo: One price for the whole workforce, $39 a month, however many people and sites

A learning management system: Charged per active user each month, on tiers, so a bigger headcount means a bigger bill

What you get on day one

Inductvo: Checklist, matrix, plan and dashboard sheets all open on the page, unmetered, with no login

A learning management system: A discovery call, a content migration and a sales cycle before you see the product against your own workforce

Course content

Inductvo: None. Inductvo records the training you deliver, from any provider, in any room

A learning management system: Built in, which is the whole point of them, and the per user fee is the price of it

Getting your work back out

Inductvo: People, courses and records export in bulk whenever you like, and for ninety days after you cancel

A learning management system: Varies by vendor, and the completion data often stays inside the platform

Inductvo Pro is $39 per month for your whole workforce. Learning management systems in this category price per active user per month, so the comparison is on shape rather than on a single figure: their fee scales with your headcount, and Inductvo's does not, because it hosts no content.
