Each figure on this page is arithmetic over the inputs you typed, by the method printed under it. Inductvo publishes no course content, no certification and no legal minimum: the worked example is there to be overwritten with your own headcount and courses, and the refresher period is whatever your course provider or your regulator has set.
The figures above start from a worked example (10). Change any input and the sheet reworks as you type, the way it will when the headcount changes next quarter.

A 30 60 90 training plan spreads a new starter's required training across their first three months in the order the job needs it: what they must hold before they work unsupervised by day thirty, what follows by day sixty, and what completes the role by day ninety. This worksheet works it from what you type, the courses and sign-offs due at each milestone, the hours each takes, the shadowing hours in the first month and the working week, and prints the training hours at each stage and the share of the first month that is training rather than work, because a plan that fills the first month with courses produces a starter who has done no job.
Day thirty is the safety line, not a target
The courses due by day thirty are the ones without which the person cannot work unsupervised: the site induction, the mandatory safety courses, the sign-off on the equipment they will use in week one. Everything else can wait. The worksheet prints the hours those take with the shadowing on top, and the share of the month they consume; above about a third, the first month is a course, and the plan should move items to day sixty.
Days sixty and ninety are where the role is completed
Role-specific courses, the second piece of equipment, the refresher that happens to fall in the window, the competency sign-off that needs a month of supervised work before it can be given. The worksheet counts and costs them, and the training checklist on this site sizes the whole list the plan is drawing from.
The weekly average is the capacity claim
Training hours across the ninety days divided by thirteen weeks is the hours a week the person is in training on average, and it is the figure the supervisor needs to plan cover around. On the worked example it is a few hours a week, which is manageable; a plan that averages a day a week is a hiring decision that should have been a training budget.

What a safety manager asks before working the 30 60 90 training plan
Is a 30 60 90 training plan the same as a 30 60 90 day plan?
No. The 30 60 90 day plan is the new manager's own plan for what they will achieve; the training plan is the employer's schedule for what the new starter will be trained on and signed off for. This worksheet is the second, and the training checklist on this site is where its items come from.
What if a course is only run quarterly?
Then the milestone is the next scheduled session, not day sixty, and the plan should say so. Put the course at the milestone it will actually happen and record the interim supervision arrangement as a sign-off in its own right.
Does this save the plan anywhere?
No: the sheet runs in your browser and nothing leaves it. Inductvo Pro turns the milestones into required records against the new starter, each with its due date, and reminds their manager as each approaches.
