About Inductvo
Inductvo is a small piece of software for the person at an employer who keeps the workforce's training records: the safety manager on a site or in a plant, the operations manager of a warehouse, the registered manager of a care or food business, the office manager who was handed compliance. It has two halves. The worksheets are free and work the numbers on the page from what you type: the training checklist sized to a role, the safety training matrix sized to your headcount and courses, the 30 60 90 plan for a new starter and the compliance dashboard read off the records. Inductvo Pro is the record those numbers come from: one row per person per course, with the date it was held, the trainer who signed it off, the expiry and the refresher due, reminded before anything lapses and exportable at any time.
Why this site exists
This site exists because the training record at most small employers is a spreadsheet with a tab per site, a filing cabinet of sign-off sheets and a calendar reminder that fires after the forklift certification has already lapsed, and the day the inspector asks for the record it takes a morning to assemble and still has a gap in it. The figures an employer needs from the record, compliance today, holdings expiring this quarter, sessions to book, are simple arithmetic over a small record, and the record itself is one row per person per course. Inductvo keeps that row and does that arithmetic, and nothing else.
Who it is for
The safety manager, operations manager, registered manager or office manager at a United States employer who has to produce, on the day an inspector or an insurer asks, the record of who holds which training and when it runs out
Not the learner, not the trainer or the course vendor, not a manager looking for leadership development for themselves, not an athlete or a coach, and not a business that wants a platform to host course content
What it does not do
- No course content and no certification: Inductvo records that a course was held and who signed it off, it does not deliver the course or certify the person
- No legal minimum: it never tells you which training a standard requires for a role, it holds the list you decided on and points at the standard you read it from
- No ranking of training providers, learning platforms or course vendors, and no referral fees from any of them
- No employment or safety-law advice: what a citation means, what a regulator will accept and whether a refresher interval is enough are questions for your counsel or your inspector
