Inductvo is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

We collect what you type into an enquiry form (your name, your email address, your message) and, if you create an account, your email address and the people, course and training records you choose to store. The free tools compute in your browser and send nothing anywhere: we do not receive the headcount, courses or hours you type into them unless you save them to an account.

Legal basis and sharing

We are the vendor and we sell you the subscription directly. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to training providers, lead buyers or advertising networks. Payment is taken by Stripe, who receive your card details directly; card numbers never reach Inductvo. Email is delivered by our email provider. Where you store your employees' details in Inductvo we act as your processor under UK GDPR Article 28 and as a service provider under the CCPA, on the written terms published on this site, and we hold a current list of the sub-processors involved.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@inductvo.com. We respond within one month.
